- 4 Hot Chili Peppers, deseeded
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 120ml/4fl.oz. Lime Juice
1. Place the peppers, onion, garlic and salt in a mortar and crush with a pestle, adding the lime juice a little at a time.
Alternatively, puree in a blender or food processor.
Serve at room temperature to accompany meat, poultry, or fish dishes.
