- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 225g/8oz Long Grain Rice
- 600ml/20fl.oz. Water or Stock
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until onion is soft.
2. Add the rice, mix well and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the water or stock, cover and cook over a low heat until all the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
