Commercial district: Rua das Flores

Rua da Flores = Flower's road, is a nice area for shopping, it is a pedestrian-only street. In many major cities around the world, there are central pedestrian malls. In Curitiba, the main pedestrian shopping area is found on Rua Das Flores. You will find several blocks of shopping, restaurants, and street performers here. Bustling during the day. Most shops close around 6:00pm, so best to go during business hours. Great place to while a few hours away, people-watching and enjoying the diversity of Curitiba.

You can find almost anything you need at Rua das Flores. Besides shopping, check out the theatre at the HSBC main building along the mall.
