Salada de Palmito
Ingredients:
- 1 x 450g/16 oz. tin Hearts of Palm, drained and cut into 2.5cm/1 inch pieces
- ½ head Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- Croutons
- Salt and Pepper
- The juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 25g/1oz freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation:
1. Place all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
