Parque Municipal
An oasis of green right in the centre of downtown. Based on french parks, it has small lagoons were you can rent a boat or feed the ducks. It has the Casa Maluca (Crazy House), the Casa dos Pneus and a small amusement park - three places where children always like to play.
The Municipal Park located right smack in the city centre, next to Av. Afonso Pena is a lovely garden, with several lakes and canals where you can spend a great afternoon strolling, admiring the flowers, reading a book or rowing a boat, like the locals.
